📝 Ingredients (Serves 4–6)

Boneless pork chops 6 pieces
Olive oil 2 Tbsp
Garlic powder ¼ tsp
Italian seasoning 1 tsp
Salt & pepper To taste
For the Sauce
Heavy whipping cream 1 cup
Sour cream ⅓ cup
Onion powder ½ tsp
Ranch seasoning packet 1

  1. Sear the Chops
    In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season both sides of the pork chops with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Sear on both sides until golden and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

    Drain excess oil. Lower heat to medium. Add all sauce ingredients to the skillet and stir well. Let it simmer until it begins to thicken.
