Creamy Ranch Pork Chops
There’s nothing like a warm, comforting meal on a cold day—and this one hits all the right notes. My boyfriend and I are obsessed! We tried this on a whim one evening, and the star of the show? That irresistibly savory ranch rice. This dish has become a regular in our weeknight rotation. Quick to prepare, minimal mess, and maximum flavor.
Ingredients (Serves 4–6)
Main | Amount |
---|---|
Boneless pork chops | 6 pieces |
Olive oil | 2 Tbsp |
Garlic powder | ¼ tsp |
Italian seasoning | 1 tsp |
Salt & pepper | To taste |
For the Sauce | |

Heavy whipping cream | 1 cup |
Sour cream | ⅓ cup |
Onion powder | ½ tsp |
Ranch seasoning packet | 1 |
Instructions
- Sear the Chops
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season both sides of the pork chops with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Sear on both sides until golden and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside. - Prepare the Sauce
Drain excess oil. Lower heat to medium. Add all sauce ingredients to the skillet and stir well. Let it simmer until it begins to thicken. - Combine & Finish
Return the pork chops to the skillet, coating them thoroughly with the sauce. Cook for a few more minutes, allowing the flavors to come together. - Serve & Savor
Pair it with your favorite sides—our go-to is ranch-flavored rice—and dig in while it’s hot and cozy.
