My teacher asked me what my favorite animal was, and I said, “Fried chicken.”
She said I wasn’t funny, but everyone else laughed, so I knew she was wrong.
My parents always told me to be honest, so I told the truth—fried chicken really is my favorite animal.
When I told my dad, he joked that my teacher must be part of PETA because they care a lot about animals.
I care about animals too—especially chicken, pork, and beef! Anyway, the teacher sent me to the principal’s office.
I explained everything to the principal, and he laughed but told me not to do it again.
The next day, the teacher asked what my favorite live animal was.
I said chicken, because you can make them into fried chicken. She sent me back to the principal’s office again.
He laughed again and warned me not to do it again.
I just don’t get it. My parents taught me to be honest, but my teacher doesn’t seem to like it.
Today, she asked me who my favorite famous person was.
I said, “Colonel Sanders” (the founder of KFC). Guess where I am now?
LOL!
Hope this joke made you smile! Have a great day!
The teacher asks a student about his dad’s job
It was a sunny Tuesday morning in Mrs. Anderson’s third-grade class. The kids were getting ready for a new lesson, and Mrs. Anderson, known for making learning fun, decided to talk about different jobs.
She asked, “Class, what do your parents do? Johnny, what does your dad do?”
Johnny, a cheeky boy with a big grin, said, “He presses Ctrl+Alt+Delete for a living.”
The class burst out laughing, and even Mrs. Anderson smiled. She expected answers like “doctor” or “teacher,” but Johnny’s was unique.
“Is your dad a computer technician?” she asked.
Johnny shook his head, still smiling. “No, Mrs. Anderson, he’s just really good at rebooting the Wi-Fi router!”
The room laughed even harder, and Mrs. Anderson joined in. It brightened everyone’s day.
Then she said, “Well Johnny, even if your dad doesn’t have the title, rebooting the Wi-Fi is super important. Being tech-savvy is a great skill, and I’m sure your dad is awesome at it.”
Johnny beamed, realizing his dad’s job, even if unusual, was something to be proud of.
As the day went on, Mrs. Anderson learned about many different jobs from the students and showed them that every job, no matter how ordinary or odd it seems, has value.
Johnny definitely taught the class that sometimes pressing Ctrl+Alt+Delete or rebooting Wi-Fi can be essential work in today’s digital world.
